What Happens in a Stretchy Clay Skit?
The reference clips use a simple setup, exaggerated movement and a punchline. Pick a scene that fits the joke you want to tell.
Beat 1 · Cozy Cottage Setup
The kitchen or living room sets up the action. Look for props such as a frying pan or coffee mug.
Beat 2 · Stretchy-Arm Action
A long, rubbery reach turns an ordinary action, such as flipping a pancake or pouring coffee, into the main gag.
Beat 3 · Slapstick Mishap & Twist
A tumble, a spilled drink or a dropped pair of glasses gives the other character something to react to.
Beat 4 · The Payoff
The reference ends on a reaction, from a victory dance to a deadpan thumbs-up.
