By accessing or using Mr and Mrs Stretchy AI (https://mrandmrsstretchy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Mr and Mrs Stretchy AI uses one couple photo or two individual portraits and a selected reference skit to generate a clay-style video. The studio requests a vertical 720p MP4.

User Accounts & Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all generation activities under your account. You can use active account credits or buy one video without signing in. Sign in to buy credit packs or a recurring plan.

Uploaded Content & Acceptable Use

When uploading portrait photos or using our studio, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the uploaded photos or have explicit permission from the individuals depicted in the photos.
• You will not upload unlawful, non-consensual, defamatory, sexually explicit, or harmful imagery.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our AI rendering queue.

Payments, Credits and Subscriptions

• Template billing. One second of the selected template’s listed duration uses one credit. The generator shows the cost before you submit.
• Payment options. Review the amount and currency at checkout. Manage or cancel future renewals in your billing settings.
• Failed renders. For an unsuccessful credit render, check your credit balance. If you paid for one video and did not receive it, contact support with the task or order ID for help with delivery or payment review.

Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage Rights

• Your Generated Videos — Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain full usage rights—including commercial monetization rights on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and advertising campaigns—to the videos you generate on our platform.
• Platform IP — The Mr and Mrs Stretchy AI website, proprietary prompt pipelines, UI design, and curated reference templates remain the intellectual property of Mr and Mrs Stretchy AI.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mr and Mrs Stretchy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the revision date at the top of this page.
