1. Uploaded Portrait Photos & Reference Media — Photos (1 couple photo or 2 individual portraits) that you upload directly or via QR Phone Upload to generate your Mr & Mrs Stretchy clay animation.
2. Generated AI Videos — The 3D elastic clay videos rendered from your uploaded photos and selected reference skit templates, which signed-in users can find in My Videos.
3. Account Information — Your name, email address, and profile avatar provided during registration or Google OAuth sign-in.
4. Billing & Transaction Data — Payment confirmations and subscription status from the selected payment provider. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
5. Technical & Usage Logs — Generation task status, credit ledger records, device/browser metadata, and essential session cookies.

How We Handle Portrait Photos & AI Data

We process your photos to provide the requested generation and delivery.

• Generation. We send the materials needed for your render to the video generation provider.
• Video sharing. A valid QR download link lets its holder open the shared video. Share it only with the intended recipients.
• Deletion requests. Contact support to request removal of your uploaded media or account data.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Render, deliver, and store your clay videos.
• Manage credits, review failed renders and handle payments and renewals.
• Send transactional emails (such as magic verification codes, receipts, and support replies).
• Detect and prevent automated abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Data Sharing & Subprocessors

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use the following providers to operate the studio.

• Cloud & Storage Providers — Object storage for uploaded images and completed video files.
• AI Inference Partners — The generation provider receives the materials needed to create your video.
